(a) Whoever recklessly violates division (a) of Section 192.60 of the Codified Ordinances shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be subject to a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisonment for a term of up to six (6) months, or both.
(b) Each instance of access or disclosure in violation of division (a) of Section 192.60 of the Codified Ordinances constitutes a separate offense.
(c) These specific penalties shall not be construed to prevent the City from prosecuting any and all other offenses that may apply.

Note: Pursuant to Section 3 of Ord. No. 120-18, "if any provision of the H.B. 49 municipal income tax provisions is found unconstitutional, or the effectiveness of any provision of H.B. 49 is stayed or enjoined, that the provisions adopted in Section 2 of this ordinance shall likewise be stayed or ineffective."
