§ 110A.99 Penalty

(a) Whoever violates Section 110A.02(a) through (f) shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).

(b) Whoever violates Section 110A.02(g) shall be fined not more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
