§ 699B.01 Definitions

(a) As used in this section, "qualified permit holder" means the holder of an A-1, A-l-A, A-lc, A-2, or D permit issued under RC Chapter 4303.

(b) "Outdoor refreshment area" shall mean a designated area in the City of Cleveland, which shall not exceed three hundred twenty (320) contiguous acres or one-half (1/2) square mile.
