§ 160.02 Purposes of the Housing Advisory Board

   The Housing Advisory Board shall:

   (a)   Receive and review comprehensive plans for the development and maintenance of affordable housing submitted to it pursuant to RC 176.04(A)(2), political subdivision it serves;

   (b)   Receive and review written descriptions submitted to it pursuant to RC 176.04(A)(2);

   (c)   Advise the City of Cleveland regarding the plans and descriptions it receives pursuant to paragraphs (a) and (b) herein; and

   (d)   Perform such other advisory functions for the City of Cleveland related to the City’s programs to provide, or assist in providing, housing the Mayor may request it to perform.
