§ 628.03 Initial and Annual Registration

   (a)   For the initial registration, a gun offender shall report in person at such place as the Director may direct.

   (b)   After the initial registration, the gun offender shall report in person at such place as the Director may direct no later than one (1) year after the date of the initial registration and thereafter no later than one (1) year after the date of each annual registration, until such time that the gun offender is no longer required to register.
