§ 145.05 Purchase of Food, Beverages, and Mementos for Activities or Events Sponsored by the Department of Aging

The Director of Aging shall have the authority to purchase food, beverages, and mementos for activities or events sponsored by the Department of Aging in pursuance of its senior programs.
