§ 145.03 Employees, Equipment and Activities Transferred

Employees, equipment and activities presently working for or in use by the Mayor’s Commission on Aging are hereby transferred and assigned to the Department on Aging. Accumulated sick leave, vacation and other benefits are hereby transferred with the employees to the Department on Aging.
