All or part of an area designated as a Community Entertainment District may lose this designation as provided in RC 4301.80 and by this section. The City Council, after giving notice of its proposed action by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in at least one (1) newspaper of general circulation in the City of Cleveland, may determine by ordinance or resolution, that all or part of the area fails to meet the standards described in RC 4301.80 and in this ordinance for designation of a Community Entertainment District. If the City Council so determines, the area designated in the ordinance or resolution shall no longer constitute a Community Entertainment District.
