The Commissioner of Assessments and Licenses, upon recommendation of the Directors of Public Safety, Community Development or Public Health and Welfare, or upon his or her own initiative, may at any time revoke or suspend any license granted hereunder, for the violation of any law or ordinance relating to the operation of such licensee or for the violation of any other law or ordinance relating to the public health, safety or welfare, either by the applicant or any officer, employee or agent thereof.
