(a) A licensee shall not hold any event or permit his or her premises to be occupied by any teenager later than 12:00 a.m. provided that on Sunday to Thursday, the time limitation shall be 9:00 p.m.
(b) No licensee shall accept the application of any teenager for admission to any private club or canteen unless the teenager accompanies the application with the consent of his or her parents, signed before a Notary Public.
