Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first offense and for a second or subsequent offense not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days, or both. Each day’s violation constitutes a separate offense.
