§ 687A.07 Hiring Unqualified Surety Bail Bond Agent Prohibited

(a) No person shall employ as a surety bail bond agent any person who is not licensed and appointed in accordance with RC 3905.83 to 3905.95 or who is not registered with the Chief of Police in accordance with Section 687A.02 of this chapter.

(b) Any person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
