The decision of the Commissioner of Assessments and Licenses with regard to the issuance, suspension or revocation of any permit under this chapter shall be reviewable by the Board of Zoning Appeals upon the written request of the party filed with the Board of Zoning Appeals within ten (10) days of such refusal, revocation or suspension. The Board of Zoning Appeals shall review evidence previously submitted to the Commissioner of Assessments and Licenses and any additional evidence presented with the written request for review. The decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals, upon such review, shall be a final, appealable order.
