(a) Each license issued under this chapter shall at all times be posted in a conspicuous place at the place of business of the licensee.
The failure to display a valid current license or the display of an expired license, by a rental agency is a violation of this chapter.
(b) No license shall be assignable or transferable.
(c) The Commissioner of Assessments and Licenses shall be notified in writing of any change in the licensee’s name or business address. A licensee who fails to notify the Commissioner of such a change within ten (10) days of the change shall forfeit his or her license.
