Whoever violates the provisions of Section 680A.01 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or shall be sentenced to a prison term of six (6) months, or both. Said fine or prison term shall not be suspended, waived, or otherwise reduced below the amount or term indicated herein. Each day upon which the violation of Section 680A.01 continues shall constitute a separate offense.
