The fees to be paid for such mover’s license shall be seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50), which shall include tags for one (1) vehicle, and the further sum of two dollars ($2.00) for two (2) tags for each additional vehicle used by the licensee in such business. Such tags shall be in the form prescribed by the Commissioner of Assessments and Licenses. The license shall expire on June 1 following the date of its issue. All licenses applied for and issued in the sixty (60) days preceding June 1 in any year shall be in force from date of issue until June 1 of the next year.
