Any person or persons, who either for themselves or as an officer, agent or employee of any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of Section 678.03 shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) plus the cost of prosecution, or be imprisoned not more than six (6) months, or both.
