As used in this chapter, “dealer in used vehicles, parts or accessories of used vehicles” means any person, firm or corporation who buys, purchases, obtains by trade or exchange, or who otherwise acquires, any used vehicle or a part or accessory thereof for the purpose of selling, exchanging or trading it. For purposes of this chapter a used vehicle includes the current year’s model and the five (5) prior years’ models.
