No person, other than the one to whom or for whom such badge or card is issued, shall wear, carry or use such badge or card. None of the aforesaid employees shall enter any dwelling house or other building for the purposes aforesaid unless he or she wears and carries with him or her the badge and card. No person not such an employee shall attempt to enter or claim the right or privilege of entering any dwelling house or building for the purposes aforesaid.
