§ 672.02 License Issuance; Fee
   Before December 1st of the year in which the sale is to take place, an applicant for the license required by Section 672.01 shall file an application with the Commissioner of Assessments and Licenses on forms provided by the Commissioner. The forms shall include the name and address of the person, firm, or corporation on whose behalf the sale is to be conducted, the dates during which the sale will take place, the location where the sale will take place, the approximate value of the trees proposed to be sold at the sale and other information as the Commissioner reasonably requires. The Commissioner, when satisfied as to the truth of any application, shall issue a license for the sale of Christmas trees for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days. Any person, firm, or corporation to whom a license is granted shall pay a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) to the Commissioner.
