Each railroad company whose track is located within the limits of the City, shall place at the crossings of all streets designated by the Director of Public Service, and within thirty (30) days after receiving notice to that effect from the Director, a conspicuous painted sign, calling attention to the passing of cars and locomotives while the bell is ringing.
