No person shall deface or injure any part of any bridge or viaduct, or commit a nuisance upon or underneath any part of the same, or upon or underneath any part of the stairways connected therewith; nor shall any person be permitted to climb among the iron trusses of the fixed spans or drawbridges thereof, except the employees on such bridge or viaduct.
