Permits shall be issued in such a manner that they are readily accessible on request from a City official.
Each permit shall contain the following information:
(a) The name and address of the Permittee;
(b) A description of the permitted location;
(c) A description of the permitted amenities;
(d) The expiration date of the permit; and
(e) Any other information the Director deems appropriate.
