§ 129.331 Contracts for the Provision of Retail Electric Aggregation Services and Power Supply
   Notwithstanding and as an exception to the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio, 1976, the Director of Public Utilities is hereby authorized to enter into contracts for the provision of retail electric aggregation services and power supply, following express legislative approval by Cleveland City Council authorizing such contract or contracts, in order to provide for the delivery of retail electric power to the customers of The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company in the City pursuant to a City-wide aggregation program adopted pursuant to RC 4928.20.
