§ 129.31 Payment of Clothing Allowance

   Every full-time City employee who is in the classification of Security Officer shall be entitled to a uniform allowance payment of two hundred seventy- five dollars ($275.00) during the employee’s first year of employment and a payment of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) each year of employment thereafter.
