For purposes of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:
“Manufactured home” means a structure erected on-site, a mobile home or mobile structure, a pre- manufactured or pre-cut structure, above or below ground, designed primarily for the shelter, support or enclosure of persons or property of any kind which dwelling unit was fabricated on or after June 15, 1976, in an off-site manufacturing facility for installation or assembly at the building site and which complies with the standards set forth in this chapter which shall be larger than nine hundred fifty (950) square feet of occupied space and which is designed to be used as a year-round residential dwelling.
