(a) Material. Signs attached to or hung from a marquee shall be noncombustible, except that temporary signs may be of combustible material as specified in Section 3113.16. On noncombustible signs, combustible material shall be permitted to the extent specified in OBBC.
(b) Minimum Clearance. The minimum clearance from any sidewalk or walk level to the underside of a marquee sign shall be eight (8) feet.
