The Ohio Basic Building Code (OBBC) as promulgated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, effective January 1, 1989, and as amended by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, is hereby adopted and incorporated by the City of Cleveland as fully as if set out at length herein. The Ohio Basic Building Code, for which the designated OBBC may be used, contains OAC Chapters 4101:2-1 to 4101:2-51, and is adopted for the purposes specified in OAC 4101:2-1-05.
