(a) Each sprinkler system shall be maintained in good condition and in such manner that it will function effectively in the event of fire.
(b) Sprinkler systems shall be inspected at least once in every six (6) months by the owner or an authorized representative of the owner to ascertain that all parts are in good working order. When such inspections are to be made, the Division of Fire shall be notified and, when so requested by the Division, the inspection shall be made under the direction of the Division.
(c) Fire pumps shall be tested by being operated at least once every thirty (30) days, and when the sprinkler system is inspected.
