(a) When a connection to a City water main constitutes the primary source of water supply and a Fire Division connection is required by this Fire Prevention Code, such connection to the City water main shall be not less than three (3) inches in diameter.
(b) Every sprinkler system shall be provided with an approved outside screw and yoke valve, or indicator gate valve, located to be readily accessible, to control all sources of water supply except that from the Division connection.
