§ 387.12 Storage Requirements for Small Arms Ammunition

(a) All storage requirements for small arms ammunition must comply with the accepted standards and laws incorporated into this chapter, and to the permitting requirements of this chapter.

(b) The provisions of this chapter do not apply to the storage of less than one thousand (1,000) pounds shipping weight of small arms ammunition.
