The flag of the United States shall be displayed daily from sunrise to sunset on all Municipal buildings and on such stationary flagstaffs as may be located upon City property in conformity with the flag code adopted by the National Flag Conference, June 15, 1923, until such time as the United States or the State has made other provisions for the display of the National flag.
