No person, firm, company or corporation shall use the City banner or any imitation or design thereof, except for the usual and customary purposes, decoration and display. No person, firm, company or corporation shall print or stamp thereon any word, legend or device, other than those described in Section 105.04. However, the Mayor shall have authority to grant permission for the use of the design in such ways as he or she considers proper, other than for advertising purposes.
