The boundaries of the City of Cleveland are hereby established as follows:
Beginning on the southerly shore of Lake Erie at a point distant 150 feet easterly at right angles from the westerly line of original East Cleveland Township lot No. 360; thence southerly parallel with and distant 150 feet easterly at right angles from the westerly line of said original lot No. 360 to the northerly line of the Lake Shore and Michigan Southern Railway right-of-way line; thence northeasterly along said northerly right-of-way line of the L.S. & M.S. Ry. to the westerly line of original lot No. 354; thence northerly along the westerly line of original lots Nos. 354 and 351 to a point which is distant southeasterly 700 feet measured at right angles from the center line of the Lake Shore Blvd.; thence northeasterly and parallel with said center line of the Lake Shore Blvd. and distant 700 feet at right angles from the center line thereof to the westerly line of E. 136th St. south of McElhattan Ave. N.E., as said E. 136th St. is laid out in subdivision of Henry C. Wick, which is recorded in Volume 28, page 16, of Cuyahoga County Records of Maps; thence northerly along the westerly line of E. 136th St. south of McElhattan Ave. N.E. and along said westerly line of E. 136th St. produced northerly to a point due west from the most southerly corner of lands, now or formerly owned by Joseph Parks, which lie northerly of Florence St.; thence east 25 feet to the westerly line of E. 136th St. north of McElhattan Ave. N.E.; thence northerly along the westerly line of E. 136th St. north of McElhattan Ave. N.E. and along the westerly line of Henry C.
