§ 277.05 Emission of Hydrogen Chloride Gas from Hydrochloric Acid Production

No person shall cause or permit the operation of a hydrochloric acid plant unless the emission of hydrogen chloride gas from such production plant is reduced to at least five-tenths (0.50) pounds per ton of hydrochloric acid produced expressed at twenty degrees Baume (20°Be).
