541.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates Sections 541.11 or 541.13 by failing to obtain the required permit, failing to observe conditions of such permit, or otherwise, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day such violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 87- 12. Passed 5-21-87.)
