§ 155.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Violations. Whenever, by the provisions of §§ 155.001 et seq., 155.025 et seq., 155.050 et seq., 155.070 et seq., 155.115 et seq., 155.130 et seq., 155.150 et seq., 155.170 et seq., and 155.190 et seq. the performance of any act is prohibited, or whenever any regulation, dimension, or limitation is imposed on the use of any land, or on the erection or alterations, or the use or change of use of a structure, or the uses within the structure, a failure to comply with the provisions of §§ 155.001 et seq., 155.025 et seq., 155.050 et seq., 155.070 et seq., 155.115 et seq., 155.130 et seq., 155.150 et seq., 155.170 et seq., and 155.190 et seq. shall constitute a separate violation and a separate offense.
      (2)   Penalties. Any person, firm, or corporation who violates the provisions of §§ 155.001 et seq., 155.025 et seq., 155.050 et seq., 155.070 et seq., 155.115 et seq., 155.130 et seq., 155.150 et seq., 155.170 et seq., and 155.190 et seq. shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined not exceeding $50 and/or imprisoned for a period of time not exceeding 30 days. Each day of violation shall be considered a separate offense.
      (3)   Remedies. If a building or structure is erected, constructed, reconstructed, altered, repaired, converted, moved or maintained, or any building, structure or land is used in violation of §§ 155.001 et seq., 155.025 et seq., 155.050 et seq., 155.070 et seq., 155.115 et seq., 155.130 et seq., 155.150 et seq., 155.170 et seq., and 155.190 et seq., the Zoning Administrator, in addition to other remedies, may institute any appropriate action or proceedings to prevent the unlawful erection, construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair, conversion, moving, maintenance or use, to restrain, correct or abate the violation, to prevent occupancy of the building, structure or land, or to prevent any illegal act, conduct of business or use in or about the premises.

   (C)   For any violation of § 155.174, a penalty of not more than $100 may be imposed upon the owner of the property where the violation of § 155.174 has occurred. In the case of a continuing violation, each 24 hour period in which the violation exists shall constitute a separate violation.
