§ 155.001 AUTHORITY AND ENACTMENT.
   The Village Council of Chimney Rock, North Carolina, in pursuance of the authority granted by G.S. Art. 19, Ch. 160A, Part 3, hereby ordains and enacts into law the following divisions and sections for the purpose of promoting the health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community.
