The village is divided into districts of the number, shape, area and of the common unity that the rights and interests of all will be protected; and there is hereby imposed upon the land and structures further regulations as are necessary or appropriate to limit the location, use and occupancy of buildings, structures and land to be used for commerce, residential, community facilities or other goals as necessary and/or appropriate.
