AN ACT TO INCORPORATE CHIMNEY ROCK VILLAGE IN RUTHERFORD COUNTY. THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA ENACTS:

SECTION 1. A charter for the Village of Chimney Rock is enacted to read: CHARTER OF CHIMNEY ROCK VILLAGE.
