351.99 PENALTY.

   (a)   Irrespective of any other provisions of the Revised Ordinances, a minimum fine of thirty dollars ($30.00), plus Court costs, shall be imposed for the violation of the following parking provisions:

      (1)   Blocking an alley or driveway in violation of Section 351.03(b) or 351.11;

      (2)   Parking on a sidewalk or lawn in violation of Section 351.03(a);

      (3)   Parking within an intersection in violation of Section 351.03(c);

      (4)   Parking in a crosswalk in violation of Section 351.03(e);

      (5)   Parking in a fire lane in violation of Section 351.031.

      (6)   Parking, leave standing, or abandoning a vessel, trailer, or recreational vehicle on a street or alley in violation of Section 351.13(b).

      (7)   Parking or leaving a vehicle unattended on the front or side yard where no driveway and/or curb cut exists from the public street.

   (b)   Irrespective of any other provisions of the Revised Ordinances, a fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), plus court costs shall be imposed for the following parking provision:

      (1)   Parking in a location reserved for the handicapped or private or public property in violation of Section 351.04(f) and 351.041.
