351.13 MAXIMUM CONSECUTIVE 48 HOUR STREET PARKING.
   (a)   No vehicle shall be parked, left standing or abandoned upon any street or alley in the City for a continuous period longer than forty-eight hours.
   (b)   No vessel, trailer, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or movable wheeled construction equipment shall be parked, left standing or abandoned upon any street or alley in the City for a continuous period longer than forty-eight hours. Moving the vehicle any distance upon a city street or alley during the 48 consecutive hours shall not constitute another 48 hours.
   (c)   This section shall not be construed as affecting any other parking regulation now in effect or that may hereafter become effective but shall be construed as an additional parking limitation. The purpose of this section is to prohibit continuous long time parking and the storage of vehicles on the streets and alleys of the City.
   (d)   As used in this section, “recreational vehicle” has the same meaning as in Ohio R.C. 4501.01.
   (e)   As used in this section, “vessel” has the same meaning as in Ohio R.C. 1547.01.
   (f)   As used in this section, “commercial vehicle” has the same meaning as in Ohio R.C. 4501.01(i), “Commercial Car” or “truck”.
   (g)   As used in this section, “movable wheeled construction equipment” has the same meaning as in Ohio R.C. 1353.01(i), “Construction Equipment”.
   (h)   In addition to any other penalties imposed for the offense, any vessel, trailer, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or movable wheeled construction equipment, may be impounded and disposed of as provided in Sections 359.03 and 359.04.
