351.031 PARKING IN FIRE LANES PROHIBITED; LOADING ZONES.

(a) Except as authorized under Section 351.03, no person shall at any time stand or park a vehicle in or otherwise obstruct a fire lane established pursuant to the Ohio Fire Code, adopted by the City of Chillicothe in Section 1501.01 of the Revised Ordinances.

(b) In order to reconcile the mandatory loading zone requirements imposed by Chapter 1177 of the Revised Ordinances with established fire lanes in the City, the Chief Enforcement Official is hereby authorized to authorize reasonable loading zones in the fire lanes upon application.
