4-156-426 Outdoor entertainment venue.
   (a)   An Outdoor Entertainment Venue shall be licensed as a public place of amusement.
   (b)   An Outdoor Entertainment Venue shall not have amplified sound outdoors between 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.
