18-28-1301.1 Scope.
   This chapter shall govern the design, installation, construction and repair of fuel oil storage and piping systems. Quantities of fuel oil that exceed the quantity limitations of this chapter and flammable and combustible liquids shall be stored in accordance with the Chicago Fire Prevention Code.
