18-28-1104.2.3 Multiple dwelling location provisions.
   Compressors, condensers, and shell-type apparatus serving multiple dwelling units or sleeping units, which are not located within the dwelling unit or sleeping unit, shall be located in either a Class S or Class R Machinery Room, or other locked suitable enclosure, or outdoors. This apparatus shall not be located under stairways, or within elevator machinery rooms.
