18-28-507.15 Capacity for noncanopy hoods.
   In addition to all other requirements for hoods specified in this section, the volume of air exhausting through a noncanopy-type hood to the duct system shall be not less than 300 cfm per linear foot [0.46 m 3 /(s x m)] of the cooking appliances.
