18-28-506.3.2 Grease duct materials.
   Grease ducts serving a Type I hood shall be constructed of steel not less than 0.055 inch (1.4 mm) (No. 16 Gauge) in thickness or stainless steel not less than 0.044 inch (1.1 mm) (No. 18 Gauge) in thickness.
