SCOOTER SHARING*
* Editor's note – Former Chapter 9-103 (added Coun. J. 7-29-03, p. 6166, § 2) was repealed pursuant to the provisions of former § 9-103-080 (added Coun. J. 11-3-04, p. 35187; amended Coun. J. 12-7-05, p. 64870, § 1.4), which read: "This chapter shall be repealed on January 1, 2008." This chapter formerly pertained to the pilot automated bus lane and bus stop camera enforcement program. A subsequent Chapter 9-103 (added Coun. J. 3-28-18, p. 74788, Art. I, § 4) was repealed pursuant to the provisions of former § 9-103-070 (added Coun. J. 3-28-18, p. 74788, Art. I, § 4; amend Coun. J. 4-10-19, p. 99067, § 1), which read: "The term of the pilot program shall be from May 1, 2018, through December 31, 2018, provided, however, that if the City Council does not vote to terminate the program by December 31, 2018, then the program shall extend of its own accord in one-month increments until December 31, 2019." This chapter formerly pertained to the free-floating vehicle provider pilot program and was removed at the direction of Coun. J. 11-24-20, p. 23985, § 4.
