9-103-020 Scooter sharing license – Required.
   (a)   Except as otherwise provided in subsection (c) of this section, no person shall engage in a scooter sharing business in the City without a license.
   (b)   Nothing provided in this section shall be construed to prohibit the operation of a scooter sharing service in the City by a City contractor under a contract between the City and the operator.
