9-103-020 Scooter sharing license – Required.
   (a)   Except as otherwise provided in subsection (c) of this section, no person shall engage in a scooter sharing business in the City without a license.
   (b)   The Commissioner may issue up to three licenses. There shall be no more than three licenses outstanding at any given time.
   (c)   Nothing provided in this Section, including the license cap in subsection (b), shall be construed to prohibit the operation of a scooter sharing service in the City by a City contractor under a contract between the City and the operator.
